Dispatcher Reminders: AAA members (all tiers) must be physically present at the vehicle. AAA benefits are non-transferable — mom's card only works if mom is on-scene. USAA has two separate products (add-on vs rider) with very different coverage. Insurance riders typically only cover towing to the nearest facility — not the customer's preferred shop.
